Moneca Ryane is licensed by the World Order of Natural Medicine Practioners with an ND(M) license (Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine--Monastic). Under this license and appointment, Moneca Ryane is ordained a minister and chaplain to minister to the sick and suffering under International Law and is granted diplomatic immunity as a Diplomat of the Sovereign Medical Order of the Knights Hospitalier.

Both WONMP and SMOKH are Internationally Registered and Recognized as Non-governmental Organizations.

Moneca is a also a Certified Natural Health Professional, Certified Nuritional Consultant, Senior Free Soul Instructor and Counselor and Reiki practitioner.

She works with her husband Zale Atley in Wellness Engineering Ministries.

Zale Atley is a minister with a formal and experiential background in Control and Instrumentation System Engineering. Zale has a BS, MBA and PhD.

He is a Certified Natural Health Professional, Senior Free Soul Instructor and Counselor, Reiki Master, Yohti Master, Homeo-Therapeutic Coach, Heart Rate Variability Technician, a Brain Technologies Distribuitor and a licensed HeartMath Coach.
